Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract (digital products) or from the day you receive the goods (physical products).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at azghal@kinworld.net with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Digital Products

Digital courses and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of the contract pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.

Digitale Inhalte sind vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen, sobald mit der Ausführung begonnen wurde und Sie dem ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

Print-on-Demand Products

All apparel and physical print products are produced individually on demand via Printify. As custom-manufactured items they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly produced, contact us within 30 days of receipt at azghal@kinworld.net with your order number and photo documentation. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Shipping

All physical products are shipped via Printify and their production partners. Estimated delivery within the EU is 5–10 business days after production. Tracking information will be sent to your email upon dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
