Scope & Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through this website. The provider is Khan Azghal, Földerichstraße 40, 13595 Berlin, Germany. Email: azghal@kinworld.net. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital products — including The Abyss — Stage II and any other courses or downloadable content — are delivered via online access upon payment confirmation.

By purchasing a digital product you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of access, pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB in conjunction with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 13 BGB.

You are purchasing access to a digital product. Once access has been granted, the right of withdrawal expires and no refund can be issued. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and understood this condition.

Course content is for personal use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of course materials in any form is not permitted.

Lifetime access means access for as long as this platform and course are actively maintained. In the event of discontinuation, reasonable notice will be provided.

Physical Products

Physical products are produced on demand via Printify and are individually manufactured per order. As such they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under § 312g Abs. 2 No. 1 BGB.

In cases of production defects or damage, contact azghal@kinworld.net within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photo documentation. A free replacement or full refund will be arranged.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). As a Kleinunternehmer under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is processed securely via Squarespace Payments / Stripe.

Purchases are binding upon completion of the checkout process and payment confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the courses — including texts, images, designs, symbols, mythology, and the underlying KHATARA system — is the intellectual property of Khan Azghal and is protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission.
